Terms of Service

Audome ("Audome", "we", "us") is owned and operated by Audome Technology, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, with its principal place of business at 1681B, 721, Isa Town 721, Kingdom of Bahrain.

The service is delivered through https://audome.io and its subdomains. You can reach us at any time at ahmed@audome.io.

Audome is a software-as-a-service platform for Arabic-language creative production. Everything we sell is delivered digitally over the internet, immediately after purchase. We do not ship, deliver, or sell any physical goods.

• AI image generation and editing — text-to-image, upscaling up to 16x, background removal, relighting, canvas expansion, and inpainting.
• AI video generation and rendering — text-to-video and image-to-video clips, plus a programmable render pipeline and an embeddable studio.
• Arabic voiceover, sound effects, and music generation.
• Arabic poetry and text generation tools.
• A developer API and embeddable widgets for generating and rendering media inside your own product.
• Pre-recorded online video courses, sold separately as one-time purchases.

Access to these tools is metered in credits. Each tool consumes a published number of credits per generation, and that credit cost is shown in the application before you run it.

Audome is sold as a monthly subscription. All prices shown on this website and inside the application are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Prices exclude any taxes that may apply where you live; where tax is required by law it is shown before you confirm payment.

The monthly price shown above is the price you pay from your very first month. There is no introductory discount and no trial period: the amount you see at checkout is charged immediately and then again on each monthly renewal, automatically, until you cancel.

An active subscription is required to use any Audome tool. Subscribers can buy extra credits at any time: each credit pack adds 500 credits for $2.00 USD, charged once, and you can buy several packs in one payment. Credit packs are available only while your subscription is active.

Online courses are sold separately from subscriptions, as one-time purchases in USD, at the price displayed on each course page.

By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method the regular monthly price of your plan, automatically, at the start of each billing period, until you cancel. A billing period is one (1) month and renews on the same calendar day each month.

Your plan, its price, and your next renewal date are always visible in your account under Subscription. We charge no fees other than the subscription price you selected and any one-time purchase you explicitly confirm. There are no setup fees and no cancellation fees.

Card details are collected and stored by our PCI-compliant payment processor; Audome never stores your full card number. Charges appear on your statement under the descriptor AUDOME.

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in full in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Credits are valid for one billing month. At the start of each billing period your balance is set to the credits included with your plan; credits you did not use in the previous month, including credits from credit packs, expire and do not carry over. Credits from credit packs are added as soon as the payment succeeds and expire at the end of the current billing month. If a renewal payment fails, your balance is set to zero until that payment succeeds. If your subscription is cancelled or expires, any remaining credit balance is forfeited and reset to zero.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred between accounts.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a subscription.
• You must give accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and API tokens confidential, and for all activity under your account.
• One person or one legal entity per account. You may not share or resell account access.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the files you upload, and the content you generate. You agree not to use Audome to create, upload, or distribute:

• sexually explicit or pornographic material, or any sexualized depiction of a minor;
• synthetic images, video, or audio depicting a real, identifiable person without that person's consent, including impersonation and voice cloning without consent;
• content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
• content that promotes violence, terrorism, hate against a protected group, or any illegal activity;
• deceptive content presented as a genuine news event, official document, or statement by a real person or organization;
• malware, phishing pages, or anything unlawful under the law of your country or of the United States.

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches this section, without refund of credits already consumed, and we may report unlawful content to the competent authorities.

You keep ownership of the material you upload. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of your subscription, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, and commercially exploit the media you generate with Audome, including in commercial projects.

We process your prompts and files only to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Some generations are executed by third-party AI model providers, and their terms apply to that processing.

AI output can be inaccurate, can resemble existing works, and may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before you publish it.

We aim to keep Audome continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, model-provider outages, and events outside our control may interrupt the service. We may add, change, or discontinue individual tools; if we discontinue a material part of a paid plan we will notify subscribers by email before the change takes effect.

Audome is operated from the United States and is subject to United States export control and economic sanctions law. You may not access or use the service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of a country or territory subject to comprehensive United States sanctions, or if you appear on any United States, United Nations, or European Union restricted-party list. You may not export or re-export any part of the service in breach of those laws.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Audome Technology, LLC arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data.

You may stop using Audome and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your payment method repeatedly fails, or if we are required to do so by law. The sections on ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. When a change is material we notify active subscribers by email at least fourteen (14) days before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms. The version published on this page is always the version in force.
