Customer support
Email ahmed@audome.io for anything to do with your account: a tool that is not working, a generation that failed, credits that were not restored, questions about a plan, or help using the API and embed SDK. Please write from the email address registered on your Audome account so we can identify you quickly.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
You can cancel a subscription yourself at any time from audome.io/app/subscription. For a refund, or if you cannot reach your account, email ahmed@audome.io with the date and amount of the charge. Full terms are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Legal notices and privacy requests
Formal legal notices should be sent to Audome Technology, LLC, 1681B, 721, Isa Town 721, Kingdom of Bahrain, and copied to ahmed@audome.io. Data access, correction, and deletion requests are handled at the same address.
Reporting abuse or infringing content
If you believe content generated or hosted on Audome infringes your rights or breaches our Acceptable use rules, email ahmed@audome.io with the subject "Abuse report" and a link to the content. We investigate every report and act within three (3) business days.
