1. Who controls your data

Audome is operated by Audome Technology, LLC, 1681B, 721, Isa Town 721, Kingdom of Bahrain. For the purposes of data protection law, Audome Technology, LLC is the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us about any privacy matter at ahmed@audome.io.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address, hashed password, interface language, and account creation date.
  • Subscription and billing data: the plan you chose, its price and currency, billing period start and end dates, renewal status, payment status, and the brand, expiry, and last four digits of the card used. Full card numbers are never sent to or stored on Audome servers.
  • Content you submit: prompts, reference images, audio, video, fonts, and project files you upload in order to generate or render media.
  • Generated output: the images, video, audio, and text produced for you, and the credit cost of each generation.
  • Usage and technical data: credit transactions, tool usage history, API token usage, IP address, browser and device information, and server logs.
  • Support correspondence: the messages you send us by email or through the contact form.

3. Why we use it

  • To create and operate your account and authenticate you.
  • To deliver the tools you request and to meter credit consumption.
  • To take payment, renew your subscription, issue receipts, and handle refunds and disputes.
  • To provide customer support.
  • To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and breaches of our Terms.
  • To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
  • To send service and billing notices. Marketing email is sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Legal bases (EEA and UK users)

Where the GDPR applies we rely on: performance of a contract (operating your account and subscription), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the service), compliance with a legal obligation (tax and accounting records), and your consent (optional marketing email).

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under contract, for the purposes above:

  • Payment processing: our payment processor handles card data, subscription charges, and refunds, and receives your name, email address, billing details, and the transaction amount.
  • AI model providers: the prompt and files needed to fulfil a generation are sent to the third-party model provider that runs that specific tool.
  • Cloud hosting, storage, and database providers used to run the platform and store your projects and output.
  • Email delivery providers used to send account, billing, and support messages.
  • Professional advisers, and competent authorities where disclosure is required by law.

6. International transfers

Audome is operated from the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States, the European Union, and other countries. Where data is transferred out of the EEA or the UK we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

7. How long we keep it

  • Account data: for as long as your account exists, and up to 12 months afterwards in backups.
  • Projects, generated media, and history: for as long as your account exists, or until you delete them.
  • Billing and transaction records: at least 7 years, as required by tax and accounting law.
  • Server and security logs: normally up to 12 months.

8. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS, access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel, and API access uses revocable tokens. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the competent authority where the law requires it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email ahmed@audome.io from the address registered on your account. We respond within 30 days, we charge nothing for these requests, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.

10. Cookies and local storage

We use only strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage: a language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers whether you use the Arabic or the English interface, and a session token that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad tracking.

11. Children

Audome is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, email us and we will delete it.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Privacy questions and requests: Audome Technology, LLC, 1681B, 721, Isa Town 721, Kingdom of Bahrain — ahmed@audome.io.
