1. Summary

  • Audome subscriptions are billed monthly in US Dollars (USD) and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • You can cancel yourself, at any time, from inside your account — no phone call and no email required.
  • Cancelling stops all future charges. The month you already paid for continues until its end date.
  • New subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of the first charge if they have used no more than 10% of that month's credits.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

2. Billing cycle and automatic renewal

A subscription runs for one (1) month from the day you subscribe and renews automatically on the same calendar day of each following month. On each renewal we charge the regular monthly price of your plan to the payment method on file: $15.00 USD for Starter Plan, $25.00 USD for Pro Plan, $50.00 USD for Premium Plan.

Where an introductory discount of 20% is shown to you at checkout, it applies to the first billing period only ($12.00, $20.00, $40.00 USD respectively). Every renewal after that is charged at the regular price. Your next billing date is shown in your account under Subscription at all times.

Charges appear on your card statement under the descriptor AUDOME.

3. How to cancel

  • Sign in to Audome and open Subscription (audome.io/app/subscription).
  • Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
  • You are shown the date on which your access ends. No further charge is taken after you cancel.

If you cannot access your account, email ahmed@audome.io from your registered address and we will cancel it for you. A cancellation request received by email takes effect on the day it arrives.

4. What happens after you cancel

  • You keep full access to your plan and its tools until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Access is not cut off on the day you cancel.
  • At the end of that period the subscription expires, no new charge is taken, and no new credits are issued.
  • Any credit balance remaining at that point is reset to zero, so use your remaining credits before the period ends.
  • Your account, your history, and the media you already generated stay available to you, and you can resubscribe at any time.

5. When you are entitled to a refund

  • First subscription: full refund within 14 days of the first charge, provided you have used no more than 10% of the credits included in that billing period.
  • Renewal charge: full refund within 7 days of the renewal charge, provided you have used none of the credits issued by that renewal. This covers forgetting to cancel before a renewal.
  • Duplicate or double charges: always refunded in full.
  • Technical failure on our side: if a generation fails or returns no output because of a fault in our service we restore the credits it consumed; if a paid feature is unavailable for a prolonged period we refund the affected part of the month on request.
  • Unauthorized charge: contact us and we will investigate, and refund in full if the charge is confirmed unauthorized.

6. What is not refundable

  • Credits already consumed by generating images, video, audio, or text — the underlying compute has been bought and used on your behalf.
  • Billing periods that have already ended, except as set out in section 5.
  • Unused parts of a month once the refund window has passed. We do not pro-rate a mid-month cancellation; you keep the access you paid for instead.
  • Online courses once you have started watching the course content. Before you open any lesson, a course purchase is fully refundable within 14 days.
  • Accounts terminated for breach of the Acceptable use section of our Terms of Service.

7. How to request a refund

Email ahmed@audome.io from the address registered on your account with the subject "Refund request", and include the date and amount of the charge and the reason for the request. We acknowledge every request within one (1) business day and decide within three (3) business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. They usually reach your card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank; the bank's own processing time is outside our control. We do not refund to a different card, to a bank account, or as service credit unless the original payment method no longer exists.

8. Upgrades and downgrades

  • Upgrade: takes effect immediately. We charge the difference between the plans, prorated for the days remaining in the current period, and add the extra credits straight away.
  • Downgrade: takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You keep the higher plan until then, and the lower price applies from that renewal onwards.

A prorated upgrade payment follows the same refund rules as any other charge.

9. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we retry it and notify you by email. If payment still cannot be taken, the subscription is suspended and then expires at the end of the paid period. No debt is created and we do not send failed subscriptions to collections.

10. Before you file a chargeback

If something is wrong with a charge, please email ahmed@audome.io first. We resolve most billing complaints within one business day, which is considerably faster than a bank dispute.
